  1. First clone the SSD from OLD SATA III to NVME SSD (you can find device on amazon that allows you to clone between SATA SSD and NVME Drives) Using maiwo k3016cl – Amazon Link:
  2. Install NVME SSD into your machine and turn it on
  3. you will get an error upon boot = Inaccessible boot device
  4. Boot into recovery console (usually after two attempts with this error message it will attempt to do automatic recovery and will fail and boot into recovery console) if not then need to have windows installation USB and boot from it and then select recovery console.
  5. At Recovery Console, Select Troubleshoot.
  6. Under Advanced Options, select Command Prompt
